By using the website and/or making a reservation, the guest confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and fully accept them.

Access to and use of the website content are permitted solely for personal and informational purposes. All textual, graphic, and multimedia content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the owner.

Information on the website is updated regularly; however, Split City Rooms does not guarantee its complete accuracy at all times and is not responsible for any unintentional errors or omissions.

The website may contain links to external websites over which the owner has no control and assumes no responsibility for their content or availability.

Electronic communication may carry certain security risks and is considered non-confidential.

3. Reservations and Payment

Reservations and Payment

Reservations can be made via the website, email, or telephone. A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Cards accepted are those listed in the system at the time of booking.

The card will not be charged immediately unless explicitly stated in the terms of the selected rate.

4. Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Rate

Reservations may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours from the time the reservation is made. After this period, as well as in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

5. Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued exclusively to the card used for payment.

The refund period is up to 14 days from the date the refund is approved.

6. Stay at the Property

Stay at the Property

Guest check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Guest check-out is scheduled by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

7. Tourist Tax

Tourist Tax

The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.

The amount is calculated in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Guests have the right to submit a written complaint via the official email address ( info@cityroom.hr) or by mail to:

A response to the complaint will be provided within the legally prescribed period of 15 days.

Croatian law shall apply to all relationships, and the court with jurisdiction according to the owner's registered seat shall be responsible for dispute resolution.

Personal data is processed lawfully, transparently, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
