3. Reservations and Payment

- Reservations may be made via the website, email, or telephone.
- A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
- Accepted cards are those listed in the booking system at the time of reservation.
- The card will not be charged immediately unless explicitly stated in the conditions of the selected rate.
- Split City Rooms reserves the right to pre-authorize the card prior to arrival.

- Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of making the reservation.
- After this period, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

- Refunds are issued exclusively to the card used for payment.
- The refund processing period is up to 14 days from the date the refund is approved.
6. Stay at the Property

- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out is required by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
- Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Guests are required to present a valid identification document upon arrival.
7. Tourist Tax
Tourist Tax
- Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price unless explicitly stated.
- The amount is calculated in accordance with applicable legislation of the Republic of Croatia.
8. Guest Responsibilities and Property Rules

- Guests are obliged to use the accommodation units responsibly and with due care.
- Any damage caused to the property will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking is not allowed unless explicitly permitted.
- Split City Rooms reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the stay in case of violation of house rules.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Guests have the right to submit a written complaint via email (info@cityroom.hr) or by post to:

A response will be provided within the statutory period of 15 days.
Croatian law shall apply to all legal relationships, and the competent court shall be the court according to the registered seat of the company.
